Aggro at items

Its quite often to meet aggro suffix at good items. In TomeNet agro in most cases makes such item rubbish (not much tanks and parties around) cause it wakes up monsters and make you easy to die.

May be add players possibility to turn off aggro, like it could be done with teleport or earthquake properties - with ".." inscription?

Being able to turn it off would negate the whole purpose of Aggravate, which is to add a drawback to what otherwise would be a best in slot item. The best example of this is Grond.

Without Aggravate there's no other weapon that can even come close to being as strong. The upside is that aggravate doesn't stack on items so if you're already using Grond you can use other powerful artifacts that unfortunately happen to have aggravate on them. All of this allows a totally different playstyle.

There could be some exeptions, for example Grond which you kindly demonstrated. It could be similar mechanic to several types of cursed items: lets there would be "common aggro", which is possible to turn off and "perma aggro" at certain powerful items which is impossible to turn off.
