Hell Knight (Khorne Berserker)

This one doesn't fit the textual diz in r_info too well - and it's from sci-fi lore (40k) instead of fantasy, the axe and backpack gives it away, cough. It is specifically a Khorne Berserker rather than a "normal" Hell Knight, but I like it, hehe.
