Currently, most water based monsters use the BA_WATER flag, which doesn't seem right as most of them are animals. Yes it's an out of depth monster. Level feelings cover small vaults? This master lich could have escaped from a little + cell for example...

Sorry, but TomeNET is ASCII only... I know one day the devs will merge the recent Angband code which adds tiles (even 64x64 tiles), but for now you'll have to stick with Mr @

After reading the changelog for 4.4.9, I think this has been implemented. And, at last, the shop-like houses are now fully reset when sold! So you don't need to have millions of cash ready to afford one...

This is really a nice feature, especially for newbies who are not accustomed with the regular way of resurrecting. Also useful if you're diving with no high level chars around susceptible to rescue your character if you die. The formula for the death "cost"... I suppose the dungeon level i...

If this is implemented in TomeNET like it is in vanilla Angband, it could explain easily why Kronos heals himself at low health.
