This build has to be amended, since most of the skills for shamans have been redesigned. The basics will stay the same: Mimicry at 30, Holy Offense and Holy Defense maxed out, Holy Support at 40. It may be a stupid question, but I don't seem to find the link to the source code repository anywhere... It was hosted on the same SVN repository as ToME before, but since they switched to Git, they have dropped the TomeNET project at the same time.

This would require a full rethinking on how supplies are generated. Currently, you would not go anywhere, as you would have no way of getting the needed potions/scrolls/books to survive more than a few floors, unless you scum forever every level multiple times. In Angband, you can get stacks of cure...
