Videogame music pack bumped to v1.2 >_> silyl anniversary remastering...

A third 'main game' server has been added: TomeNET 4.9.2 - NA (North America) region server. This one is hosted in Denver and should provide great latency for the USA, Canada and other nearby regions.

The Windows Test Client (and github of course) were just updated with a fix for asian input methods (IME) which should fix japanese/chinese/korean keyboard recognition, thanks to ASCIIPhilia.
