Draconian breath element-picker menu crashed. This has been fixed.

A new server has been added:

TomeNET 4.8.0 - APAC region

It runs the normal game rules and is hosted in Tokyo, therefore it should provide decent latency for the APAC region:
Asia, Australia, India, maybe west coast too.
